Smart Shipping Guidelines
When you have gathered at least 20 cell phones/pda’s and/or inkjet cartridges, you can ship them to us. Use the prepaid FedEx labels that we sent to you when you registered. We can email more labels to you anytime. Email a request to shipping@phoneraiser.com. Be sure to include your full name, organization name, mailing address and phone number in the email. You can also call 1-800-873-8908 and tell us you need more labels, and we will send them within 48 hours. When your shipment is ready:
1. Place all of the cell phones/pda’s in a strong
cardboard box. . Please keep the 3 small sticker tabs
at the top of the label for your records. Phoneraiser will
count and sort the phones by model.
2. If you have any inkjet cartridges, place them in
a Ziplock bag so they won’t leak onto the phones. Then place the
bag in the box with the cell phones/pda’s.
3. Stuff the box with packing material (bubble wrap or newspaper) to protect the phones during shipment. Then completely seal the boxes with heavy-duty tape. This is very important, as you don’t want any phones to fall out of your package during the shipping process.
4. Complete the FROM section of each label (one for each box). Affix one pre-paid FedEx label per box. Do not photocopy labels.
Keep the 3 small sticker tabs at the top of the label for your records.
5. Attach the FedEx shipping label to each box with the name or the organization you listed on the website when you signed up in order for us to process and check in quickly. This will also ensure we
give appropriate credit to your organization.
6. For a record of the shipment, keep the 3 small sticker tabs at the top of the red FedEx shipping label.The number on that tags are your tracking numbers. Have your boxes picked up by FedEx for free by calling 1-888-463-3339 (have your label ready when you call), OR drop off your boxes at the nearest FedEx drop off location. To find the nearest drop-off location, log onto www.fedex.com or call 1-800-463-3339.
Once we receive your shipment, we sort and separate all different models. Within 72 hours, we will send you an email that details the value of your check. Please note: cell phones/pda’s that do not power up or have a damaged screen do not qualify for payment. Inkjet cartridges that are broken, cracked or have been refilled do not qualify for payment. Feel free to call anytime with questions about the status of your shipment and/or payment.
Do NOT send bottles, tubes, tanks or ribbons.
