**ADVISORY NOTE** Our ONLINE PRINTING option for free FedEx shipping labels, via the form below has been temporarily disabled because of internal technical issues we're experiencing with our FedEx account. We are working to resolve this technical issue and resume our online printing option for FedEx shipping labels as quickly as possible. IF YOU RECEIVED pre-paid shipping labels included in welcome kits before 05/03/2013; CONTACT US to request a new set of FedEx labels. ALL FEDEX LABELS RECEIVED IN WELCOME KITS OR PER REQUEST AFTER 05/03/2013 are accepted with out issue. - Complete the form using the SAME information you used to register for your Phoneraiser. If you have not registered with us, please complete our registration form first. You may use this form immediately after you register. If you created an account in the past and don't remember the info, email us at support@phoneraiser.com
- Click the submit button. The form will be replaced with a link. Click on the blue text (Download and print PDF label 1), and select "Open" on the pop-up window.
- Print using the print icon in the upper left hand corner of the window and tape your label to your box. Call FedEx at 1-888-777-6040 to schedule a pickup or drop it off at any staffed FedEx or Kinko's location.
