Free Fedex Return Labels
If you need free shipping labels, call us at 1-800-873-8908, email us at shipping@phoneraiser.com, or, if you have a printer, use the following instructions to complete the form below.
- Complete the form using the same information you used to register for your phoneraiser. If you have not registered with us, please complete our registration form first. You may use this form immediately after you register.
- Click the submit button. The form will be replaced with a link. Click on the blue text (Download and print PDF label 1), and select "Open" on the pop-up window.
- Print using the print icon in the upper left hand corner of the window and tape your label to your box. Call FedEx at 1-888-777-6040 to schedule a pickup or drop it off at any staffed FedEx or Kinko's location.
